This newly introduced Master of Science in Work and Organisational Behaviour (by Research) will provide you with a continuation of the comprehensive education, skills and knowledge required to work in human resources or health and safety. The Master of Science by research will allow you to focus on topics that interest you, enabling you to explore them in great detail. The programme includes two units; one on research methods, and the latter solely comprising the thesis. In terms of research topics, the Centre for Labour Studies will accept research areas that are relevant to work and organisational behaviour that are within the competence of the resident academic staff. Some of the research topics that the academic board specialises in include areas related to industrial relations, organisational-behaviour, occupational health, gender and work, work-life balance, equality and diversity in the workplace, and career development.
